Event Management in Hyderabad

Hyderabad runs on two very different calendars, and an event company here has to work with both. On one side there is the IT and pharma corridor — HITEC City, Gachibowli, the Financial District and Genome Valley — where townhalls, product launches, sales kick-offs, campus hiring drives and awards nights are booked to the quarter and judged on precision. On the other side there is the old city's celebration culture, where a wedding is four functions across three venues and the guest list moves until the week of the event. We run both from our head office here, with the same planning discipline applied at different speeds.

The venue map is the reason Hyderabad events are won or lost in the planning stage. HICC and Novotel handle conferences of two thousand and upwards; HITEX is the exhibition floor for trade fairs and expos; Shilpakala Vedika and Ravindra Bharathi suit ceremonial and cultural programmes; Taj Falaknuma Palace, Taj Krishna and the Banjara Hills hotels carry premium receptions; the farm resorts and convention halls out towards Shamirpet, Kompally and Shankarpally take large multi-day weddings with room to build. Each of them has its own load-in windows, rigging limits, power provisioning, GHMC and police permissions, and sound cut-off times. We plan against those constraints from day one rather than discovering them on build day.
