Service 01

Event Strategy & Consultation

Before a single vendor is called, we agree on what the event has to achieve. We interrogate the objective — announce a product, close a sales quarter, welcome a new leadership team, marry two families well — and then build the format, the budget and the calendar backwards from it. Most event overspend in India happens because scope is agreed verbally and revised late; our documentation habit is designed to prevent exactly that.

Service 02

Creative Design & Concepts

Design is not décor. We build a concept that survives contact with a real venue, a real budget and a real guest list, then draw it accurately enough that fabricators quote against the same picture the client approved. Every design we present arrives with dimensions, sightlines and a cost band, so nothing collapses at the last approval.

Service 03

Production & Technical

Technical production is where events quietly fail — an underpowered generator, a sound system fighting a ballroom's acoustics, an LED wall pitched too coarse for the front row. We spec equipment to the venue and the room count, we load-test power before the guests arrive, and we keep redundancy on anything the programme cannot pause for.

Service 04

Venue & Hospitality

We source venues in Hyderabad and across Telangana with the numbers already in hand: guest count, service style, load-in access, power availability and curfew. Hospitality then decides how the event is remembered — a family that had rooms ready, transport that arrived, and a desk that answered questions before they became complaints.

Service 05

Entertainment & Talent

Booking an artist is the easy part. We manage the rider, the travel, the sound check window, the stage plot and the introduction, so the performance lands where the programme needs energy rather than wherever the schedule slipped. We are equally comfortable with a classical ensemble at a temple ceremony and a headline act at a corporate annual day.

Branding & Communication

An event has more branded surfaces than most campaigns — badges, backdrops, screens, menus, signage, social posts. We build an event identity and apply it consistently, in the correct print sizes and screen resolutions, with a production schedule that leaves room for reprints.

Service 07

Media & Documentation

We plan documentation with a shot list, so the moments that matter — the handover, the vows, the award, the family portrait — are covered by a named person with the right lens in the right position. Deliverables are agreed in writing with dates, because footage delivered six months late has no value to anyone.

Service 08

Safety & Compliance

Compliance is not paperwork you handle if there is time. Loudspeaker permissions, fire clearances, police intimation for large gatherings, licensed electricians, insured structures — these are booked into the same timeline as the décor. We plan for the crowd we might get, not the crowd we hope for.

Crowd management plans with entry and exit capacity, queue design and marshal deployment
Fire safety — extinguishers, clear exit routes, fire-retardant fabrics, hot-work controls
Electrical safety with earthing, RCDs, licensed electricians and cable management
Medical standby: paramedics, ambulance on call and the nearest hospital route mapped
Insurance and security deployment, including bouncers, access control and VIP protection
