Privacy Policy
We collect as little as possible, only when you choose to give it, and we tell you exactly what happens to it.
What we collect
We only collect personal information that you type into a form and submit. That is your name, your company or organisation if you give one, your phone number, your email address, and the event details you choose to share — event type, date, guest count, budget range and your written requirement. We also record which page the enquiry was sent from, so we know what you were reading.
We do not fingerprint visitors, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not log identifiable information simply because you visited a page. Analytics are off by default and only run if you switch them on in the privacy banner.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and stay in touch about that specific event. Ticking the consent box on our form is what permits us to contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about it. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in our secure managed database, accessible only to VIOFORA staff who need it to respond to you. Emails and WhatsApp messages you send us sit in those accounts under their own providers' security. Where an event goes ahead, contractual and billing records are kept as our accountants and Indian tax law require.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Records for events we delivered are kept for eight years to satisfy statutory accounting and tax requirements, then deleted. If you ask us to delete an enquiry sooner, we will.
Cookies and analytics
The site needs no tracking cookies to function. We store one small preference in your browser to remember your analytics choice, so we do not ask again on every visit. Nothing about you is sent anywhere as a result of that preference.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email solomondevavaram@gmail.com or call 8555909697. We will confirm what we have done within 30 days, and there is no charge.
Children
Our services are sold to adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a child's details reach us through an enquiry, tell us and we will remove them.
